The Eastside Design Method
In today’s fast-paced world, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces is paramount. Our Eastside Design Method prioritizes innovation and collaboration to deliver exceptional results.
During this phase, all selected components converge as we craft detailed floor plans, wall elevations, and lifelike 3-dimensional images to help clients envision their space vividly. We offer revisions as needed and present full-color artist renderings along with product samples for a comprehensive visual representation. Every finishing touch, from door styles and hardware to countertop materials and plumbing fixtures, is meticulously integrated into the design. To proceed, a modest retainer is required at this stage.
After finalizing the elements of your project, we formalize the details in a comprehensive contract. This contract meticulously outlines the scope of work to be undertaken by Eastside Design & Build, along with estimated costs and timelines. We guide you through each step of the contract review process, ensuring clarity and transparency. Upon approval and signing, a modest retainer is required to solidify the agreement.
After your project is accepted and approved, we prepare and sign a comprehensive contract detailing pricing, project specifics, and finalized design plans. We then schedule product delivery and seamlessly coordinate with our in-house design consultants, project managers, and licensed installers to execute the renovation and installation with precision.
